Ctenacanthidae — вимерла родина примітивних акул ряду Ктенаканти (Ctenacanthiformes), що існувала починаючи з девону до кінця тріасу. Численні викопні рештки представників родини знаходять у морських відкладеннях по всьому світі, найбільше у США, Великій Британії та Японії.
