Ба́блер[4] (Pellorneum) — рід горобцеподібних птахів родини Pellorneidae. Представники цього роду мешкають в Південній і Південно-Східній Азії.

Етимологія
Наукова назва роду Pellorneum походить від сполучення слів дав.-гр. πελλος — темний, попелястий і ορνεον — птах.[7]
