Limax

Limax — рід черевоногих молюсків родини Limacidae. Рід поширений у Європі, один вид — Limax maximus, інтродукований у Північній Америці. Деякі види є синантропними видами та важливими шкідниками садів. На зиму вони ховаються у підвалах, де можуть пошкоджувати сільськогосподарські запаси.
