Назва

Походить від грецьких слів ἐντός (всередині) та λῶμ(α) (край), тобто дослівно означає «гриб з загнутим краєм».[20]

Практичне використання

Має їстівні види — Entoloma clypeatum, Entoloma abortivum. А також отруйні — Entoloma rhodopolium, Entoloma vernum[21].
