Азола (Azolla) — рід папоротей родини сальвінієвих (Salviniaceae). Водні рослини, що поширені на всіх материках. Всі види морфологічно схожі між собою. Їх можна відрізнити, лише розглянувши під мікроскопом генеративні органи.
